If not ATL, which city in the world would you want to live in?

Paris. When I went to visit a few years ago, I fell in love with the city. The romance, the lights, the people, the architecture, the culture… it was all incredible. 

Have you ever had best friend drama? 

Uh, yeah. Who hasn’t? But as Luke Bryan says, “I believe we gotta forgive and make amends … ‘Cause nobody gets a second chance to make new, old friends.”

If you were president of the USA, what would be your first big piece of legislation?

I would pass a sweeping education bill. It would apply to all levels of K-12 as well as government roles such as the military and law enforcement. I believe that education is key to fighting poverty, homelessness, and bias.

Have you ever been featured in the news? 

I have! I was featured in Buckhead Life Magazine for my fundraising efforts for Lost-N-Found Youth, an organization I now serve on as a board member.  Lost-N-Found Youth helps homeless LGBT kids get back on their feet. 

Do you have pets? 

Yes! The love of my life, Stella. She’s a five-year old red-nose pitbull that I adopted during COVID.

What food do you love the most? 

My favorite foods growing up were fried okra and corn on the cob which I still love. I also have a HUGE sweet tooth… put anything chocolate in front of me and it’s gone within seconds.

How many countries have you been to?  

Not enough. Hmm… five, I think. France, Italy, Mexico, Canada, and the UK. 

Are you an extrovert or introvert?

I am an extroverted introvert. I love being social and around people but I recharge when I am alone.

Favorite Vacation Destination: beach, mountain or city? What are your favorite things to do? 

Beach, for sure. I love it so much that I recently bought a place on Hilton Head Island in South Carolina!

Pick one, cheat or be cheated on? 

Neither. I have trust issues… Don’t make me pick.

The perfect job or the perfect relationship?  

Perfect relationship. A job is temporary. If you find a perfect relationship, that can last.

What is your ultimate goal in life?  

Be surrounded by loved ones and to make a small, positive difference in this world before I leave it.
